We are a young consultancy firm, fully specialized in Source-to-Pay processes. We work in the profit and non-profit sectors and were created from a knowledge network. At S2P & More, we have a shared conviction: The Source-to-Pay field in the Netherlands can develop faster. They actively contribute to this, for example by providing a platform where professionals learn from each other and organizing knowledge sessions. In our network, you will find Buyers, Financials, Project Leaders, Advisors and Technical Specialists. Each with their own expertise in the Source-to-Pay field.
About the position S2P consultant
As a Source-to-Pay consultant, you support and guide organizations in improving the process from purchasing to payment.
Your job is multifaceted. You...:
- ... performs analyses of the S2P process,
- ... supervises the supplier selection of S2P software
- ... implements S2P software as project manager
- ... improves Source-to-Pay processes
With us, you work for various clients in various sectors, both in the profit sector and non-profit. You work closely with the other consultants. Most assignments are carried out in a duo with a senior consultant. So you work as a team, learn quickly and can ask all your questions right away!
In addition to this challenge, you also contribute to the growth of S2P & More, for example by developing our services, organizing events, holding presentations and doing research.

Are you the newest colleague?
Are you an entrepreneurial (future) consultant with genuine attention to colleagues and clients? And do you know how to gain the trust of the people you work with? Then we are looking for you! You are strong in communication as well as analytically, certainly not finished learning and careful in the work you deliver! You have completed a relevant HBO or WO course in the field of Business Administration, Business Economics, IT, Procurement or Accounting and preferably at least a few years of experience with Lean/Agile/Prince2 and/or other methods to improve purchasing and/or financial processes.
