The Digital Teaching Table

During The Digital Education Table, we will talk to each other about controlling the Source to Pay process. In an exclusive setting, we exchange experiences about ordering according to policy, PO structures, administrative pressure and cost control at a time of declining student numbers.

About this event

Many educational institutions are feeling the pressure. The number of students is declining, budgets are under tension, and at the same time, the daily operation continues as usual. This makes control of the Source to Pay process more important than ever.

Pendant The Digital Teaching Table we will sit down exclusively with purchasing and finance professionals from education. In a small group, we share practical experiences. What does work. What doesn't work. And what are you up against in your organization?

Topics that come up often:

  • Orders that don't always go according to policy
  • Different ways of working with POs, and their trade-offs
  • Decentralized buyers and various order types
  • The administrative pressure on finance and purchasing
  • Keep a grip without closing everything

There is no fixed program and no long presentations. It's about recognition, sharing stories and learning from each other.

For whom?

The Digital Teaching Table is intended for educational professionals who are involved in finance, purchasing, business operations or process improvement, and who are curious about how others approach this.
